Biography
Thomas Lambard is admitted to the Paris Bar. He advises and assists companies and their managers in resolving their business disputes.
His practice areas include pre/post-acquisition disputes, shareholder disputes, litigation involving anti-competitive practices, product liability, private enforcement, and construction.
He represents French and international clients in a wide range of sectors (energy, technology, investment funds, industry, hotels, retail and distribution, trusts).
Before co-founding Grandjean Avocats with Jean-Pierre Grandjean and Marguerite Aynès, he practiced for ten years in the Litigation and Arbitration Group at Clifford Chance.
Thomas Lambard is a lecturer at the Sciences Po law school (Master 2 in Economic Litigation and Arbitration) and teaches in the Master 2 in Business Litigation of Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
